60 Second Video Competition - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

This competition is being conducted by the Port Hedland Seafarers Centre, trading as The Port Hedland Visitor Centre.
Competition is open to young people aged between 10 -20 years old.
Creators must use a smartphone or tablet to create the video.
Video is to be 60 seconds or less (within reason).
Video should be less than 250mb in size.
Video shall be uploaded in a common video format, such as MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.
The video can incorporate the greater Port Hedland area, camping,  fishing  etc.
Entries must be received by 5pm on Sunday12th October 2020. 
Don't use copyrighted material, such as music, video or print without the consent of the copyright owner.
The video should not directly promote any business or product.
All persons in the video must consent to be in the video. Therefore you should avoid mass gatherings / crowds unless you have everyone's express consent.
Once video is submitted, it becomes property of Port Hedland Visitor Centre.
The Port Hedland Visitor Centre can use any or all of the submitted video in any way it sees fit, such as promotional consent or advertising.
Creators of the video must not break any laws during the creation of the video.
Port Hedland Visitor Centre reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason. 
The winning video will be judged by Port Hedland Visitor Centre staff, and it's decision is final. 
Judging will happen on 16th October 2020 and the winner will be notified by phone and / or email.
The judging criteria will be based on: content, creativity and camera skills.
